I have been using Richard for the past year for all my pool equipment and pool repair. He has been fantastic and far better than others I have used. He has replaced equipment since the hurricane, and his pricing was great, urgency great, communication great and expertise great! One example was recently I had a lot of my family, kids and grandkids, here and my pool heater blew out. Although Richard was off the day for a special occasion, he was willing to do me a favor and come out and replace the heater so my family could enjoy the pool the whole weekend! Remarkable service and care for a customer! I highly recommend Richard for you pool and equipment maintenance and repair! He is a great guy and does a terrific job!
We have a home in Cape Coral, Fl. We were having significant issues with our Pentair Automation System and Screen Logic App. Richard Grosse, Advanced Pool Solutions was able to diagnose and return to working order all of our equipment, including our pool heater, chlorine generator, hot tub, pool pump and lighting! His work was prompt, very thorough and reasonable. Richard was very helpful, easy to work with and very responsive. We are also considering redoing our pool deck and tile, which is also done by this company. Thank you!! Jim and Angie
I recently had a leak in my swimming pool that was difficult to find. I called Pool Solutions and they were able to come and fix my pool with great professionalism. Maria and Becca are the technicians that came to my home. They were courteous, proficient, professional, and as I said, did a great job. I spoke to the owner, Bill, he also was very accommodating, helpful, and really made me feel confident that they would do a good job. Thank you.
I Highly recommend Advanced Pool Solutions. Richard set up an appointment to look at my pool issue. He was on time for our appointment and had a bid out to me the next day. He let me know when the work would be done and two techs showed up to do the job as promised. They were professional, polite and efficient. Great job- and the pool is running smoothly!
