I absolutely love my pool! It turned out beautiful and I could not be happier with the design and finished product. Austin did an amazing job and his attention to detail and pride in his work really showed throughout the entire process. What I appreciate most was how enjoyable and easy he made the experience. Building a pool is a major investment and having someone you trust and enjoy working with makes such a difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend Austin to anyone who is considering designing and building a pool. I am so grateful for the beautiful Pool Austin created for me and I would happily work with him again in the future. I cannot highly recommend him enough.
I don’t know about their pools but they drive like jerks.
Wanted to leave a quick review even though Atlas wasn’t building our pool. Our neighbors had Atlas Pools build theirs, and we let them use the side access between our houses during construction. I was honestly impressed with how respectful the crews were of our property. They always tried to keep things neat, and when one of our sprinkler heads got broken during the job, they let us know and had it fixed right away. The pool turned out awesome, and from what we saw throughout the whole process, they were professional and easy to work with. Just wanted to give them a well deserved 5 stars. It’s nice to see a company that cares about the neighbors too, not just their customers.
We love our beautiful Atlas pool. Overall, working with them was a great experience. From the first design session to each step of construction along the way, they were very responsive. Many of our neighbors built pools with other companies around the same time and ours was finished faster and still very high quality. There was a short lull in work in the middle of the project, and Atlas was in touch with us about that. As with any construction, a few minor things needed to be repaired, and Atlas sent a crew out promptly and took care of all of it, even months after the pool was finished when we noticed something new. Now our backyard is the resort style showcase we hoped for and we are very happy that we chose Atlas for this project.
I am editing this review with just cause. Yes, there were hiccups during construction. However first impressions are not everything. I don’t know if there are truths to this, but I am told that there was a shake up within the company. That said, the support these guys have given me has been nothing short of incredible. We suffered a house fire which left the pool out of service for months. Where other companies suggested resurfacing, these guys saved my pool. I can’t say enough that this company has earned not only my forgiveness for mistakes of the past, but my continued business. If you read my previous review, please understand that actions speaks and these guys have put in the work to earn this edit.

Atlas Pools of Central Florida, Oviedo: licence CPC1457252 since 2006, 25 published award badges, and 4.1 from 209 Google reviews against a state average of 4.52.
Atlas Pools of Central Florida builds pools out of Oviedo, from an office on West Mitchell Hammock Road in Seminole County. The company's Florida certified pool contractor licence, CPC1457252, has been on record since June 2006 and shows current, with renewal due in 2028 rather than this year — so unlike most of this list, their licence date says something about them rather than about Florida's renewal calendar. The domain goes back further still, to May 1998, and the site was already being archived by that December. They describe themselves as third-generation and family owned; neither is something a public register settles either way.
Seven service lines run across their site: new pool construction, renovation, repairs, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living. That is the full range rather than construction with a service department bolted on, and the office is open seven days. Nine finished projects are on show — a thin gallery for a company this size, and the one place where their site undersells them. The awards are the exception: they publish 25 award badges, which is a real published record rather than a slogan, and unusual enough on this list to be worth asking them about.
Oviedo is the base, in Seminole County just north-east of Orlando, and the licensed address is there. They publish no pages for individual towns — nothing for Winter Springs, nothing for Sanford, nothing aimed at any particular suburb — so the name is the only statement of range they make. In practice that means asking directly how far out they come, and it means a search for a pool builder in a specific Central Florida town is unlikely to surface them even though they have been trading there since the 1990s. One phone line and one email address are published.
Two hundred and nine people have reviewed them on Google, which is one of the larger counts here, and the average sits at 4.1. That is 0.42 below the 4.52 Florida average, and on 209 reviews a gap that size is a pattern rather than a run of bad luck — it is the number to weigh before signing. What the pattern is not is a company nobody is happy with: 4.1 across that many customers is a lot of finished pools people rated well, six reviewers single out the crew's professionalism and five the workmanship, and no complaint theme was raised by even two separate customers, so there is no specific recurring fault to point at. Read the one and two-star reviews yourself: with 209 of them the unhappy ones are easy to find and they are the most useful thing on the page. Their site also calls them most trusted and number one, which no rating establishes.

Yes. Florida certified pool contractor licence CPC1457252 is on record in the company's name and shows current, held since June 2006, with renewal due in 2028. The licence covers construction work. Insurance is separate and no public register shows it, so ask for a certificate before anyone digs.
Mixed, and worth reading properly. They sit at 4.1 from 209 Google reviews — 0.42 under the 4.52 Florida average. On a count that large the gap is a pattern, not a bad month, so it deserves weight. But it cuts the other way too: 4.1 across 209 customers is a great many satisfied ones, and nothing specific recurs — no complaint theme reached even two separate reviewers. Six people name the crew's professionalism and five the workmanship. With that many reviews the critical ones are easy to find; read them.
They publish 25 award badges on their own site, which is a real published record and more than almost anyone else on this list carries. We have not written to the awarding bodies to confirm each one, so treat it as their claim with visible evidence behind it rather than as independently checked. It is a fair thing to ask them about directly.
New pool construction, renovation, repairs, weekly service, spas and hot tubs, water features and outdoor living — the full range. They are based in Oviedo in Seminole County, north-east of Orlando, and publish no pages for individual towns, so ask directly about anywhere beyond the immediate area. There are nine finished projects to look at on their site.
