Fantasy Pools

We contracted with Fantasy pools to build our pool in June, 2018 after doing quite a bit of research and getting bids from 3 other pool builders. They had built a pool about 2 years ago for friends of ours, and based on the fact that they said mostly positive things about their experience, we decided to hire them to build our pool. At the time we signed the contract, we were told that they were about 12 weeks behind mainly due to weather. On September 6th they arrived to begin construction, and we have been pleasantly surprised by the pace at which the work has been progressing. 2 weeks into the construction, the pool shell is complete, as well as the rough plumbing and back filling. I will update the review as the work progresses, but so far we don't have any complaints. Well, our pool Finished construction about a month ago and it looks great! There were some delays due to the paver deck construction that did not involve Fantasy Pools, but once the deck was completed the remaining work was finished in a relatively short time. We haven't swum in it yet, but I have used the spa, and it was fantastic! In the end, we are pleased with the work Fantasy Pools did and the time it took to complete the project.

Words are definitely not enough to express on what this company did for me and my family. It started by a referral and met Scott, who designed our oasis. It only took one draft and we went with it! Joshua came out to meet us and take a look at our yard, and the following day the job started! This team by far has the best work ethic that I have ever seen. Joshua and Raymond answered any questions that I had and kept me updated on every step. We passed every inspection needed with a breeze! Clean, professional, proficient, and genuine team. Chris finished with teaching me on how to care for our new pool and took the time to sit with me while I took notes (I had to write them down) Fantasy Pools built our dream pool and now we will get to enjoy this with our kids, family, friends, and of course the doggies! We just finished building a pool with Fantasy Pools and I had an incredibly positive experience. There is a lot of positive that can be said from the timing (which was unheard of fast), to the quality of the pool design and final product. But I think the most impressive to me is the customer service. Now a days it is hard to find good customer service and the owner, Josh, was incredible. He genuinely cares about his customers and it was evident in the way he treated me. He made himself available to be contacted very easily and responded quickly to any concerns I had. He was often present at the job site, making sure the job was done right, that the site was spotless and that all my questions were addressed. He was always fair and honest. To me this is what makes a company truly on a different level, when I can reach the owner at any reasonable time and he will respond kindly and with real concern. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Fantasy Pools put in a custom designed in-ground pool for us 2 years ago, and we still could not be any happier. From the initial design thru the very timely construction, they were always very friendly and professional (and continue to be)! As first time pool owners, we were a little nervous about learning how to maintain/run the pool. No reason to worry! They taught us well and easily, and have always been there to answer any questions. I recently had an issue (my own bone-headed fault), and the awesome owner Joshua made a free house-call and easily set me straight. If we had it to do over, there is no way we'd consider any other company. We could not recommend Fantasy Pools more highly. We still think of it as perhaps the best money we ever spent.
