It’s been about two years since we had our swimming pool built by Grunit, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best home projects we’ve ever done. From the very beginning, Ross, our sales representative, made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He took the time to really understand what we wanted and guided us through every design and construction detail with patience and professionalism. The design process with Grunit was excellent — they helped us choose the perfect shape, layout, and finishes to complement our backyard. Ross went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with each decision, and his communication throughout was outstanding. We never felt rushed or pressured, and everything was clearly explained from start to finish. When construction started, the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area organized every single day. You could tell they took pride in their work. The quality of craftsmanship was top-notch — even after two years of use, our pool still looks brand new. The surface is flawless, the equipment runs perfectly, and maintenance has been surprisingly easy thanks to the setup and tips Ross shared with us. Since completion, our pool has become the centerpiece of our home. We’ve hosted countless family gatherings, weekend barbecues, and quiet evening swims, and every time we step outside, we’re reminded how grateful we are to have worked with Grunit. If you’re considering building a pool, I can’t recommend Grunit and Ross enough. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers truly stand out. My wife and I choose Grunit Pools after a few neighbor recommendations and after researching the company online. We knew basically what we wanted in a “custom designed” pool but relied on the sales team to assist us with some fine details. After the initial sketch / rendering we tweaked the project several times. They were fully supportive with all of our ideas and assisted us making everything we wanted in our design happen. After the permitting process concluded they began right away. As the project took shape, Grunit assisted us in making additional changes that we decided we wanted. The entire process was fairly seem less and Grunit was responsive. There was a few communication issues but those got ironed out quickly and professionally. We were also pleased that Grunit does MOST of the work on the project from within. They handle almost all of the work using their own employees. Grunit did sub out the decking with an outside company. We weren’t totally happy with a portion of the decking toward the beginning of the process and Grunit made sure the company completed it correctly. Grunit even sent out owners to supervise this part, which we appreciate and were quite frankly impressed by. They also subbed out the tile work which was impeccable! After completion Grunit was very good about follow-up with final small issues. We were very pleased with Grunit and would absolutely recommend them. It was a several month custom project that transformed our backyard into our own little “piece of paradise”. We have sincerely enjoyed the pool and spa and will for many years to come. We made a decision to add a pool and we evaluated a total of 4 vendors. Grunit price was right there with the rest of them but the reason we decided to go with Grunit Pool Contractors had everything to do with Ingrid's service and attention to detail. This is the first time we were doing a project like this and for us it was very important that all of our questions were answered, and we didn't feel rushed to the process. On her first visit, she sat down and went through a PPT presentation with us and explained every detail of the process to include realistic timelines and potential challenges that can affect this. In addition, this group was the only one that provided us with both a flat and 3D rendering of what the project would look like. This was a huge help as me and my wife are both very visual and it gave us an idea of things we wanted to change or keep as is. We took our time to make a final decision as this is a big investment, and she was very professional throughout the entire process. She was patient with us and went over information with us more than 2-3 times since we wanted reassurance on a few things. Once the project starts, we shall see how the service and entire experience develops but for what we can go by so far, we highly recommend them for your project.
