Hallmark Pool & Spa World of Kissimmee: a Florida licence held continuously since 1985, the oldest on this list, and 4.2 on Google from 80 reviews.
Hallmark Pool & Spa World works out of West Oak Street in Kissimmee, Osceola County. Their Florida contractor licence, CPC033748, was issued in March 1985 and is current — forty-one years of unbroken certification, and the oldest licence on our entire list. The domain has been registered since 2000. Their claim to be state certified is accurate, that being precisely what the licence is; their claim to be the best or most trusted is not something anyone can hold on the record. They describe themselves as family-owned, which is their own account. Four decades of continuous licensing is the single strongest verified fact on this page: a firm does not keep a Florida contractor licence alive from 1985 to 2026 by routinely doing bad work.
The full range and then some: new pool construction, renovation of existing pools, repairs, ongoing pool service, spas and hot tubs, water features, screen enclosures, outdoor living work, and commercial pools alongside residential. Nine lines, none with a page of its own. The name is worth reading literally — this is a pool and spa business, and the most detailed review on record is from a customer who bought a spa here rather than from a general retailer and was glad afterwards. So if you want a hot tub with somebody local standing behind it rather than a big-box purchase, that is a real part of what they do. They publish twelve project photographs, and keep Saturday mornings as well as weekday hours.
Kissimmee and Osceola County. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so there is no documented town-by-town service area — Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration and the southern side of the Orlando metro is the sensible reading, and anything further worth confirming by phone. There was activity on the site in the middle of this month, so the business is trading and the site is being tended rather than left to rot, which for a company licensed since 1985 is not a given.
Google has them at 4.2 from 80 reviews, about three tenths below the 4.52 Florida average for the builders we hold. Eighty reviews is a reasonable sample, so read the gap as a real if modest signal: a long-established, solid firm rather than an exceptional one. What we cannot give you is detail, and it is worth being straight about why. No praise theme and no complaint theme reaches our reporting floor — praise needs three separate customers naming the same thing and complaints need two, and nothing here cleared either. That is not evidence of a problem; it means the reviews are individually positive but scattered across different things rather than converging on any one strength or weakness. So there is no recurring complaint we can warn you about, and equally no single strength we can point to and say their customers keep naming this. There are no negative reviews on record. The two most detailed accounts are about value and about the spa side: one customer says plainly that they compared many companies and Hallmark came in at the best price with the biggest pool, and another that buying a spa from a local dealer rather than a shop proved worth it afterwards. For a builder holding a licence since 1985, the sensible approach is the one you would take with any long-established local firm: ask for references from the last year specifically, not from the reputation, and get the warranty in writing.

The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
I hired Hallmark for my backyard oasis and I have to admit they are absolutely awesome. Very responsive and thorough. Ryan is a pleasure to work with. Recommend the company to anyone looking to install a pool. First class.
We could have bought a spa for our home at any store. We bought ours from Hallmark pool and spa in Kissimmee. We are glad that we did because after almost a full year one of the large jets in the spa broke and pieces appeared in the bottom of our spa. I took the pieces to the store and the owners’ son, Ryan Crotty immediately contacted the manufacturer for replacement parts. Unfortunately for me, the parts were back ordered. I waited for over a month. The parts finally came in and this family owned business promptly sent one of their other sons, Marshall, who was also a service technician to fix our spa. Marshall who came over to fix our spa is an expert who took less than 30 minutes to fix our jet. He inspected the other jets as well and said another one other jet needed replacing and promptly replaced it too at no cost to us. There are many spa stores you can buy from. It’s not what brand spa you buy, ITS WHO YOU BUY IT FROM THAT MATTERS. We would strongly recommend Hallmark pool and spa for all you pool and spa needs.
The best price. We have looked at many different companies and they are the best price with the biggest pool and amazing quality. We love our saltwater pool so much. I appreciated that I asked hundreds of questions, and they were patient and understood the anxiety I had with building the pool, by always answering me back.

Since March 1985 — forty-one years, and the oldest licence on this list by some margin. It is current, and renews on 31 August 2026, which is the statewide renewal date for Florida pool contractors and nothing specific to them. Four decades of unbroken certification is the strongest verified fact about them.
Google has them at 4.2 from 80 reviews, a little below the 4.52 Florida average — solid rather than exceptional on a reasonable sample. Being straight about the limits: no praise or complaint theme reaches our reporting floor, so the reviews are individually positive but scattered rather than converging on any one strength or weakness. There are no negative reviews on record.
Yes, and it is a genuine part of the business rather than a line on a list. The most detailed review on record is from a customer who bought a spa from them rather than from a general retailer and was glad they did once it needed attention. If you want a hot tub with someone local standing behind it, that is worth a conversation.
One customer says so specifically — that they compared many companies and Hallmark came in at the best price with the biggest pool. That is one account rather than a pattern, so treat it as a reason to get a quote rather than a promise. Get the warranty terms in writing alongside the price.
They are in Kissimmee and publish no separate pages for individual towns, so Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration and the southern Orlando metro is the sensible reading. They keep weekday hours plus Saturday mornings, which makes arranging a visit easier than with most builders here.
